Account & Billing

Lassenger's currently offers a free trial for 1 year, to new Users which are not yet registered to the Services, and which entitles you access to the Lassenger services for a period of 1 year from the moment that you activate your account (the "Free Trial"). 

After the expiration of the Free Trial, you may be requested to submit your payment details to continue use of your account. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of the Lassenger Services upon the lapse of the Free Trial, you will not be able to access your Lassenger account by the end of such trial.  You may only use the Free Trial once. Lassenger reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial offer at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

Suspension: Your account will remain in effect until it's cancelled for any reason or terminated by you. Thereafter, all Digital Assets will not be available for sending to your Heirs. If a User account is suspended, Lassenger may, but is not obligated to, maintain your account and/or related Digital Assets, in order to allow a User to restore his/her account.

Fee Changes: Lassenger may change the fees in effect in its sole discretion and without notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users which have chosen automatic renewal subscription will receive an advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with their account, in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation & Refunds: You are free to stop using Lassenger's Services at any time and terminate your account completely by sending us a message to support@lassenger.com. Lassenger reserves the right to suspend or end the Services at any time in its sole discretion and without notice, if you are not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in a manner that would cause Lassenger legal liability, disrupt the Services or disrupt others' use of the Services, or in case Lassenger is obligated to do so according to any applicable law.

The date of any cancellation shall be the date on which Lassenger has received the User's cancellation notice via email.

Non-operating Account: Following receipt of notification regarding a User's death and Lassenger's verification process as set forth above, then: (i) Lassenger shall release all messages of the user to its intended recipients, (ii) the User's account will be marked as a non-operating account, and (iii) all of User's Digital Assets will be saved in digital safes designated for each of such User's Heirs for a further period of at least 10 years.
